MOVIE: The Office (I know it's not a movie, but when I watch season one on DVD, it's a movie to me.)

FOOD: Quesadillas

SHOES: Flats (especially my old Tiger Paws, may they RIP. Now I like my Zoom Elites)

SPIKES: Puma Harambees

PR'S: 800: 1:58.12 (at a BHSU/Chadron duel type meet-oh wait, that was every week, my bad), 1500- 4:05.04 (SC Relays, 2000) 3k: 9:16(Vermillion HS track in a workout w/ Pubes, Buuuurke and Special Ed) 3k Steeple: 9:51.6 (H Wood Relays 2001 as a Coyote) 8k: 26:26 at DSU, yah it was a short course; no I don't care. 10.4 mi (Heart of the Hills Run) 61:12 (Before I knew Rob Marney, I watched him take a dump on the side of the road 5 miles into this race.)

HONORS: They let me have 9 medals from the State Track Meet, but not all in the same year.

YOUR STORY:   I like running, but I like making high school kids run fast times even more.  Actually, I started running when I was in 2nd grade (after watching the Soeul Olympics).  My brother, Matt the Rat, and I would play the Olympics and do high jump, hurdles, long jump, etc. with homemade equipment.  Then I raced my Dad in the 800 on an old country road. I am pretty sure I kicked his butt.  I'm also pretty sure he was wearing cowboy boots on the blacktop.  It was great.  I still like running, I just don't run as much as I am able to. It's a shame.
