GAMERS:
Madeline
Takahashi (Sturgis): The young Scooper came ready to race! Takahashi made the decisive move from 800 meters
out to break away from a pack of four. Megan Hilson (Yankton) had an outstanding kick in the final 30 seconds, but was
just out off of Takahashi- both running great times of 14:57 and 14:58.
Tamara
Gorman (R.C. Stevens): Not many had her on the Top 10 radar, but she came through big, running with the lead pack through
the majority of the race. She's just an 8th grader, so it will be exciting to see how she progresses.
