  • We are very fortunate to have Coach Doc Michel working with us. Doc has successfully worked with hundreds of athletes during his time as a coach.  Doc is an expert in the areas of distance training, injury prevention and rehabilitation...and oh yah.. winning state championships (49 to date...)!
